COLLIN CRANE, MS, CSCS, SCCC IS A DIVISION 1 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH AND THE FOUNDER OF CRANE HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE. OVER HIS COLLEGE COACHING CAREER, HE HAS CONSULTED WITH A DIVERSE GROUP CLIENTS, INCLUDING DIVISION 1 COLLEGIATE ATHLETES, PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES, MILITARY PERSONNEL, AND WEEKEND WARRIORS.

My career has taken me through some of the most competitive environments in college athletics, where performance isn’t optional—it’s expected. I’ve designed and led training programs for:
Basketball and Olympic sport athletes
Athletes preparing for professional combines and draft evaluations
Student-athletes returning from injury, rebuilding their strength and explosiveness
military personnel looking to optimize their physical and mental performance
